Alert notification channels

Alerts can notify one or more channels. Add a channel once and reuse it across any number of rules.

Supported channels

Public Surface supports Slack, email, PagerDuty, and generic webhooks out of the box.

Webhook deliveries are retried up to five times with exponential backoff before being marked as failed.
